I am a highly trained professionally accredited cognitive behavioural therapist and narrative exposure therapist, specialising in perinatal mental health and trauma, with a background of training at King’s College London and University College London. I have over a decade of experience providing psychological therapy in a range of National Specialist and local NHS settings, as well as the private healthcare domain. I create a safe and protected space for psychological support for a range of emotional challenges.

Based in South East London

  • Do you ever feel down? That feeling of ‘I am not good enough’? What is the point? You may find that you are withdrawing and isolating yourself. Maybe you worry a lot, worry about everything, and worry about worrying. Maybe you have thoughts which make you feel on edge, uncomfortable, scared. If so, let me help.

  • Expectant or new mum? Pregnancy and raising children can be challenging, especially when so many changes are happening in your body and mind. You are on a new life path, with a new identity to juggle; it is a big undertaking to come to terms with. There are many pressures placed on new mothers which we may feel unable to achieve. You may find yourself more tearful, worrying more, and feeling not enough. If so, let me help.

  • Have you experienced a traumatic incident? It may have been an accident, traumatic birth, an assault, seeing something traumatic occur to someone else. You may continue to have nightmares and flashbacks back to these experiences, and feel constantly in a state of fear. If so, let me help.
